General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use

Article 1. Products and pricing

The products offered are those appearing on the site, within the limits of available stocks. Kontakt collections are produced in limited series. Photographs illustrate the products as accurately as possible; minor variations in shade may exist. Prices are indicated in Tunisian dinars, including all taxes. Kontakt reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with the product being billed at the price in effect at the time of order validation.

Article 2. Ordering

The order is validated after confirmation of the shopping cart, entry of delivery information, and acceptance of these terms and conditions. A summary is sent to the client. Kontakt reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute or product unavailability; the client is then informed and reimbursed if applicable.

Article 3. Payment

Payment is made in cash upon delivery or by bank card. Online payments are processed via a secure platform.

Article 4. Delivery

Home delivery is provided throughout Tunisian territory, within an indicative period of 24 to 48 business hours from the order confirmation. SMS tracking is provided by the delivery service. Delivery is not currently offered internationally.

Article 5. Click & collect

The client may collect their order free of charge at the Kontakt stores in Sousse or Moknine, or at the Tunis La Soukra pickup point, after notification that it is available.

Article 6. Returns and exchanges

The client has 30 days from receipt to return or exchange an item, provided it is unworn, unwashed, and bears its original tag. In-store, the receipt is mandatory. Sale items and undergarments follow the specific conditions indicated on the product sheet. After verification, the refund or exchange is processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Article 7. Personal data

The data collected during the order is necessary for processing it and for managing the client relationship. The client agrees that their data may be used by All Fashion for commercial analysis, better targeting of offers, and the sending of personalized information. Data is processed in accordance with applicable Tunisian legislation regarding the protection of personal data. The client may exercise their rights of access, rectification, and opposition by writing to info@kontakt.com.tn.

Article 8. Intellectual property

The Kontakt brand, the logo, the visuals, the texts, and all content on the site are the exclusive property of All Fashion. Any reproduction or use without written authorization is prohibited.

Article 9. Liability and applicable law

Kontakt cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the product or causes beyond its control. These terms and conditions are subject to Tunisian law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.

General terms of use for the Kontakt Club

These terms and conditions govern the use of the Kontakt Club loyalty card offered by the Kontakt brand. Membership is free and implies full acceptance of these terms.

1. Membership

The loyalty card is free, nominative, and strictly personal. It can be requested upon the first purchase, in-store or online, after creating a Kontakt client account. Each client may possess only one account. Store and online accounts are merged to centralize purchases, points, and benefits.

2. Validity

The card is valid for life. Points acquired under the previous loyalty program are retained and transferred identically to the Kontakt Club upon the launch of the new site. The point balance is reset to zero on December 31st of each year, without affecting the validity of the card or the benefits associated with the program.

3. Accumulation and use of points

The client accumulates points with every purchase in-store or on the site: 1 dinar spent = 1 point. Points are awarded on all items, including sale items. Upon reaching 1,000 points, an automatic 10 DT discount is applied to the shopping cart, with every increment of 1,000 points entitling the user to a new voucher, both in-store and online; this benefit appears on the receipt or order summary. Points can be used for the purchase of sale items. They are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.

4. Program levels

The program includes three levels, determined by the amount of cumulative annual purchases: Black Classic (upon registration), Yellow Fashion (from 4,000 DT in annual purchases, entitling the user to a permanent 10% discount), and Silver Premium (from 8,000 DT in annual purchases, entitling the user to a permanent 15% discount). Level discounts apply to full-price Kontakt brand items; no additional discount is granted on an already discounted item (struck-through price). Per purchase, only one discount (level or birthday) can be combined with a single 10 DT purchase voucher. At Pop District by Kontakt, points are accumulated on the entire receipt, including items from partner creators, and these purchases are taken into account in the calculation of the annual level; purchase vouchers can be used on the entire assortment. The methods for calculating and maintaining the level are specified on the Kontakt Club page.

5. Kontakt Jeans Card

Each pair of jeans purchased at full price, in-store or online, is recorded on the client's account. After 9 pairs of jeans are purchased, the 10th is free; the benefit is applied automatically in the shopping cart or at the checkout, and then the counter resets for a new series. Sale jeans are not counted.

6. Social media and exclusive benefits

By posting their outfits and tagging @kontakt.tn on social media, the client may be selected to receive individual promotional codes or exclusive gifts. These benefits are neither systematic nor guaranteed and are awarded at the exclusive discretion of Kontakt.

7. Updating information

The client agrees to inform Kontakt of any change regarding their contact details to ensure the proper functioning of the program.

8. Acceptance and modification

Use of the Kontakt Club card implies full acceptance of these terms. Kontakt reserves the right to modify them at any time, subject to notifying members.
