Kontakt Club, the Kontakt loyalty program
Your loyalty deserves more than just a thank you. The Kontakt Club rewards every Kontakt purchase, both in-store and online, with points, permanent discounts, and members-only benefits.
How to become a member
Create your Kontakt customer account in-store or at kontakt.com.tn. Your physical or digital card is free, valid for life, and available from your first purchase. Welcome bonus: 10% discount on your first order.
Already a member? Your point balance is automatically transferred to the new site: nothing starts from zero.
Three levels, even more benefits
Black Classic
The entry level, from the moment you sign up.
- 1 dinar spent = 1 point, including sale items
- For every 1,000 points accumulated: a 10 DT voucher, offered directly in your cart
- Points are valid until December 31st of each year
Yellow Fashion
From 4,000 DT of purchases per year.
- 10% discount all year round on full-price items, in-store and online
- Plus all Black Classic benefits
Silver Premium
From 8,000 DT of purchases per year.
- 15% discount all year round on full-price items, in-store and online
- Priority access to limited-edition collections
- Plus all previous tier benefits
Your level is identified by the woven label on your card: Black, Yellow, or Silver. In your customer account, you can see your balance, your tier, and how much is left to reach the next level at any time.
Good to know: you can only use one discount per purchase (tier or birthday) and one 10 DT voucher. Discounts do not apply to already marked-down items (crossed-out prices), but these items still earn you points.
The Kontakt Jeans Card
A fan of Kontakt jeans? Each full-price pair of jeans purchased is recorded in your account. After 9 pairs, the 10th is free, automatically, both in-store and online. Sale jeans do not count.
Your birthday month
During your birthday month, enjoy a 20% discount on your first full-price purchase with your Kontakt Club card.
Your points count at Pop District too
At Pop District by Kontakt, your points accumulate on your entire receipt, including designer items, and these purchases also count towards your annual tier calculation. Tier discounts (10%, 15%, and birthday) apply to full-price Kontakt items; your shopping vouchers can be used on everything.
