ALLFASHION SARL is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with the Services. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and disclose your personal information when you visit, use, make a purchase or another transaction using the Services or otherwise communicate with us. In the event of a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy prevails with respect to the collection, processing and disclosure of your personal information.

• Communications with us, including the information you include in your communications with us, for example when sending a customer support request.

• Usage information, including information about your interaction with the Services, in particular how and when you interact with or navigate the Services.

Retention period. Data relating to your account and your orders are retained for 3 years from your last purchase or your last contact with us. Invoices and accounting data are retained for 10 years, in accordance with legal obligations. Bank card data are never retained by Kontakt.

Tunisian law. Your data are processed in accordance with Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data.
